Colleagues, Countryside, Coach and Accommodation

Gardens are not the only thing about our tour holidays. Firstly, of course, we find that people with a common interest generally enjoy each others' company. But besides gardens and gardeners, we will see the countryside, the pretty villages and some interesting towns and cities. We want you to be comfortable in our hotels and in the coach in which we travel.

Tour design

In designing our tours, we aim for a mixture of garden design and plantsmanship as well as interesting historical associations of people and places. Keen photographers have ample opportunities to practice their skills on famous architectural sights and pastoral scenes. We are also aware of the importance for people to have free time to pursue their own interests such as shopping and sightseeing in the famous cities we visit. By staying in a limited number of hotels for several nights, we avoid much packing and unpacking. We aim to be in our hotels by 6pm where traffic conditions and other circumstances permit.

Finding the best for you

Many years of summer garden exploration have taken us to Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Holland, the USA, England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland. We have been supported from the beginning by a first class team. Each year we ask those who have been on the tour what interested them most and what we should change next time.
