Tours suspended in 2010

  I have decided to suspend my advertised garden tours during all of 2010 and to start again in 2011.   Firstly the last of my daughters will be married during Chelsea Flower Show week and I shall be giving her happy event my undivided attention.   Secondly the economic situation is still far from certain for 2010 and I don't want to outlay valuable resources on promoting tours that could easily end up with unacceptably low attendance.

Beth has retired from the business

  My colleague Beth who lives in Auckland, New Zealand, is no longer able to make the annual journey to Europe.   We first started the business together back in 1992 and have between us introduced many wonderful gardens to hundreds of wonderful visitors on our tours.   I have now taken over the role of principal tour director.   My touring plan in 2011 will include Spring, Summer and Autumn tours in England.   Reluctantly 2011 will be my final season as I wish to spend more time on local interests with less commitment.   I'm hoping for a big turnout for my last season!
